These terms apply to use of Vasudha The Manager, operated by Eklavya Jha — Web Dev. For questions, contact eklavyaprivate22@gmail.com.
1. Authorized use
Use the workspace only for firms that have authorized your access. Registration alone does not create permission to view another firm. Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and reviewing access when staff responsibilities change.
2. Account responsibilities
Keep passwords and verification codes private. Use remembered-browser access only on a device and browser profile you control. Report suspected account misuse and use the account’s session-revocation controls where appropriate.
3. Records and decisions
You and your firm are responsible for data entered, reviewed, approved, posted, imported or exported. Review amounts, parties, tax treatment and reporting periods before relying on a result. The application supports accounting work; it does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
4. Ownership and confidentiality
Your firm owns its business data. Access to exports and backups remains subject to permissions. Do not upload information you have no right to process or disclose. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, interfere with other users, overload services or bypass permissions. Security testing of the hosted application requires written authorization and an agreed scope.
6. Backups, corrections and deletion
Maintain appropriate backups and separately held recovery material. Confirm restore compatibility before relying on a backup. Some historical adjustments and cross-firm links require review and cannot be reconstructed through every import format. Profile deletion does not erase retained accounting and audit history.
7. Availability and updates
Availability depends on the hosting and configured services. Maintenance, provider interruptions and email failures can affect access. There is no guaranteed uptime in these public terms. A separate written service agreement, if one exists, should define support commitments and responsibilities.
8. Support and changes
Report problems with the relevant screen and a safe error description. Do not email passwords, OTPs, secrets or full customer records. These terms may be updated as the application changes; the update date is shown on this page.
